Business Class passengers may also carry one personal item with a maximum size of 40 x 30 x 15 cm and a maximum weight of 4 kg.

Infant passengers are entitled to one piece of cabin baggage weighing up to 8 kg on both domestic and international Turkish Airlines flights, regardless of whether the accompanying adult is travelling in Economy or Business Class.

Star Alliance Gold Card holders may also benefit from cabin baggage allowances depending on their cabin class. Economy Class passengers with Star Alliance Gold status may carry one cabin bag measuring up to 23 x 40 x 55 cm and weighing up to 8 kg, plus one personal item. Business Class passengers may carry two cabin bags, each weighing up to 8 kg, plus one personal item.

Passengers should make sure their cabin baggage follows Turkish Airlines’ size and weight rules before reaching the boarding gate. Cabin baggage that does not meet the airline’s rules may be charged and placed in the aircraft hold. If there is no available space in the hold, non-standard baggage may be sent on the next available flight.
